After more than 20 years of continuous development, it has become one of China's leading professional manufacturers of screws and barrels for plastics and rubber machinery.

The company has rich design experience and first-class management level, with large precision machining equipment for barrel and screw production, CNC equipment, and computer-controlled nitriding furnace and constant temperature quenching furnace for heat treatment, and equipped with advanced monitoring and testing equipment.

The series of screws and melting barrel products manufactured by our company are suitable for domestic and imported injection molding machines ranging from 30 to 30,000 grams, single-screw extruders with a diameter of 15 millimeters to 300 millimeters, conical screws with a diameter of 45/90 millimeters to 132/276 millimeters, and parallel double-screw extruders with a diameter of 45/2 to 300/2, as well as various rubber machinery and chemical weaving machines. These products are manufactured through processes such as quenching, tempering, nitriding, precision grinding, or spraying alloy (double alloy), polishing, and are strictly in accordance with the ISO9001 international quality system.
